Nik Farfalla

Nik started Premier Conveyancing in 1995 from the ground up which has now developed into one of the most successful Conveyancing companies in the area.  Nik worked within the Legal Department of a major Lender for 10 years prior to commencing Premier Conveyancing and therefore has a vast knowledge of your Lenders requirements for settlement.

Nik has completed his studies at Preston NMIT enabling him to hold a Conveyancing Licence as required by the Conveyancing Act 2006, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and has assisted well over 10,000 clients since the business commenced showing commonsense, skill and expertise.

Kristy Linehan

Kristy joined the team at Premier Conveyancing in 2009 is very enthusiastic and has a vibrant and dynamic personality. Kristy has completed an Advance Diploma in Legal Practices at Kangan Tafe and is currently completing her Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing) through Preston NMIT

Sharon Logan

Sharon joined the team at Premier Conveyancing in 2010 with over 25 years experience in the Legal Industry both here and in the UK as well as experience in the finance industry.

Sharon has successfully completed her Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing ) through the Malka Group and combines all her skill and knowledge to provide a hassle free service.
